Brief Bio

In my role as the Assistant Director of Global Health Training at the Center for Global Health, I work with Penn medical trainees (MD students, fellows, and residents) as well as MPH students to find placements for global health experiences in primarily low-resource settings. I also work with CGH’s affiliated international institutions, placing selected medical students in short-term clinical and research positions at Penn. Prior to my MPH, which I completed here at Penn, and working in global health my experience and training was centered in media, communications, and African studies. I enjoy being able to bring all of these disciplines to my work with CGH as well as in the course I teach in the MPH program.
